Product Description:

Polaroid Dust & Scratch Removal Software (PDSR) is an easy-to-use standalone Macintosh application or Adobe Photoshop plug-in filter. The utility allows the automatic or manual selection and removal of dust and scratches from a digital image while preserving image integrity. The utility itself works on TIFF or JPEG images. As a plug-in filter, the utility cleans most RGB or grayscale images that can be opened in Photoshop.

What's new in this version:

Macintosh compatibility. Formerly a Windows only product.

info on Polaroid's web site say Windows only? System Requirements: Windows Only * Pentium class machine (may be Intel or any other CPU), 64 MB Memory Required * OS: Windows 98, 2000, Me, XP * Photoshop 5.5 or above

believe it! This works so well. The one drawback of my SS4000 printer was that it pulled out so much detail out of my negatives, that i went crazy removing all the dust particals. This app. doubles the value of my scanner! Thanx!!
