When new connections are asked for it takes minutes for the rule to take effect and the allow changes padlock keeps locking itself after being unlocked. This is the first time I've had trouble with this application ever. Mac Pro 10.6.1 10Gb RAM

This is still not functioning properly in Leopard (10.5.8). Will not register Quicken 2007 as an application?

Still having problems in Leopard with certain applications not showing up properly in rules. These are applications, and should not be showing up as a generic icon.

Little Snitch ReviewStick with 2.1.4 -- not ready for prime-time - Version: 2.2b1, 8/26/2009 09:45PM PST

I have loved this program for a long time, but this beta version is not ready for prime-time. About a dozen or so items that I had set to block came up with error messages saying they didn't exist, or with no explanation. I could not block them, even after trying to start fresh by deleting the entry and re-entering it. Also, many icons came up as a generic circle with a line through it, as if indicating the items did not have icons (which worked fine in previous version). Luckily, I was easily able to just re-install 2.1.4 over the beta version, and all of my rules were preserved.

I think the author is trying to rush this version due the the unexpected early release of Snow Leopard. I highly recommend AGAINST installing this version unless you are planning a Snow Leopard install and need the compatibility. Hopefully these issues will be resolved in future updates. Using Leopard 10.5.8 on 1.6Ghz PPC G4 tower.

After you update to 2.1.4 check your Rules, as some might be ON that you prefer OFF.

Since I can't get an e-mail through to Ob Dev, I'll post here:

This began with your 2.1.1 update and has persisted in 2.1.3...

If I click on "Allow" too quickly after an "XYZ wants to connect" dialog box appears on my screen the entry is "shrugged-off," and I must re-click.

If I give the box a second or so before clicking on "Allow," LS goes about its business with no complaints.
