Product Description:

Mac ToolKit is an easy to use and convenient desktop utilities bar. It has many features, all designed to be easily accessible, and quick to use. Tools include:

System info tool
Calculator
Convienence small notepad
Favorite files menu
Disk eject menu
Trash emptier

What's new in this version:

The update checker now gives more detailed error messages
Fixed a bug which prevented the calculator memory saving
Changed the Preferences menu shortcut key to ','
Errors with the favorites menu are now better handled
The notepad can now accept special characters created with the option key

I installed Mac Toolkit X, opened it, and then deleted it from my haard disk. Its usefulness is very, very limited. Might be useful for very very new OS X users. And even then I don't think it is worth the price. It will be useless to experienced users.

Klutzy and limited usefulness or utility. Doubt I'd install and use this if it were freeware.

perfect example of *another* developer taking what's already in the OS, repackaging it, and reselling it back to whomever is foolish enough to purchase this "Mac OS 9" looking, butt ugly, mutation sitting in Aqua.
