Epson Stylus Photo 2200 ReviewWorks but limited! - Version: 3.0cA, 3/6/2007 05:28AM PST

This driver works fine for standard mode using a Airport Extreme and the printer attached via USB. I have a MacBook Pro. It connects via Bonjour.

However, the drivers available with the firewire option on my G5 are not available. ("Borderless" and "Minimal Borders" options)

Epson Stylus Photo 2200 ReviewEpson 2200 printer driver lousy - Version: 1.8aAs, 8/27/2004 05:09PM PST

Printing to the Epson 2200 Intermittently will hang OS X and require a reboot.
I print large panoramas using Photoshop.
I am on my fourth Epson 2200 printer. Have returned them for various print problems but the hang is the worst problem. It is the only thing on my Mac that causes OS X to freeze.

The print quality is great when it works.

Epson Stylus Photo 2200 ReviewEpson truly does not care - Version: 1.8aAs, 5/13/2004 06:53AM PST

Their software is late and poorly implemented. Other than straight printing, you oftemn get error messages when deviated from standard white paper, such as velvet or large format. I'll think twice about epson, no matter what the ratings, when i get my next printer!!!
