Is it possible to convetr CD image (*.dmg) to WIN 9x system?

it doesnt work. I get an error (can't convert HDIutil ... blah..blah ..partition map). I tried to convert dozens of files and I think just one has succeeded .. I dont know why BTW. I'm using DMG maker, because this one works. Sorry.. 1 star .. this app needs an update
