Straightforward and intuitive. Excellent help for the occasional question. Quicken 2007 for Mac locked up, corrupted itself, destroyed files and backup and refused to open. I replaced it with CheckBook which satisfies all my simple needs.
Very impressed

I bought CheckBook a few days ago having played with it for while. I haven't been disappointed. I like the way it sets out to do a few things well. It has a nice interface and it's very easy to use. Previously I had tried both iBank (which I never managed to get to work for me) and MoneyDance (which did what I needed but whose interface was unattractive and a bit clunky – too many clicks involved in, say, importing the latest transactions from my bank account). Overall, then, a big thumbs up for CheckBook.
Pleasant Surprise

This is a super simple, streamlined application that does exactly what it claims. It's no frills and exactly what I needed. It's always a surprise to find a simple little app. that just works and doesn't try to over do itself.
