Product Description:

Applescript and infrastructure to serve Address Book data as HTML, or over LDAP (alpha support). Here is a preview of the result.

  • Share AddressBook data on the LAN/WAN through LDAP

The README in the disk image has instructions on how to get going. Feedback to amit.k|at|mac.com welcome. While the software is distributed free, contributions to that address (via PayPal) are welcome too.

HTMLize AddressBook ReviewLove it! - Version: 1.1.1, 10/25/2005 06:33AM PST

Way cool and better than any alternative I've tried. I am not a .MAC subscriber and when on the road often do not have access to a Macintosh, so it's great to have my address book available simply as HTML on the web. I hope the author will continue development, as it's just a bit rough around the edges. He's already got a pretty complete list of things to fix in the script: sorting order, etc.

I would love to see this as a stand-alone application with a real UI for display options, sorting options, auto-update scheduler, etc.

Shows the text "missing value" on many address fields, not sure why - country?
