This text is from the authors site:

I am no longer selling No Popups because I don't have time to support it due to other obligations. If you have obtained the program from a download site and would like to use it, here is a user name and serial number you may use:

User name: nopopuser
Serial #: NP21063-11

Just enter them via the File -> Registration menu.
Thanks for your interest in No Popups, and for your support of shareware!

not tried this software then you are not a "user"...your other comments about other browsers or anti-Microsoft are not helpful. I want to know what other peoples experiences have been with this download..only! You certainly have a right to your feelings, but this is not the correct place to share them. I want to know if it works, are there bugs, is there a better popup blocker, is it worth the money.

PLEASE people, stop writing stuff for a browser that is not up to par on the mac os x platform! It is a waste of time! Support Safari, Camino, Mozilla, etc. instead. They show WAY more potential as user-friendly browsers.

unhelpful to critique this application without your ever having used it. Review the software not the browser for which it's intended.

a practical joke? 1. Still making programs for a old clunky, buggy browser. 2. It DOES NOT block nearly as well as the BUILT-IN blockers in MODERN browsers. 3. It's another app running on your computer you simply don't need. I will say it again, I would like to see developers putting out programs for the applications of today; and if possible innovate!!!

Server, it makes my OS a bit sluggish, I think, takes some memory. Like it however.

but I had to give up on it when it started closing windows that it shouldn't. I simply clicked on a link in my main window that I am *sure* did not spawn a pop-up, and this thing closed my main browser window. Quite annoying. Also, this should be able to tell when another app is sending a URL to IE so that it doesn't get intercepted--I should not have to remember to hold Shift in my e-mail app when clicking a link. What we really need is not a standalone app like this but a plug-in for IE that disables the JavaScript "newwindow" command. Or, better yet, Microsoft to put a preference in to disable this command, preferably with the option to permit it from certain domains (like my bank). Nevertheless, I give this author kudos for trying.

doesn't kill all the popups. Only the ones that are really simple to close myself by pressing cmd-W are reliably closed. Beyond that, it might work, but often doesn't correctly.
