Product Description:

ToDo X is a dedicated to-do list application with a clean, lightweight interface but plenty of power under the hood: it allows you to maintain multiple, prioritized lists of to-do items, each with unlimited attached notes and clickable links to web locations, documents, folders and addressbook entries; you can link items to multiple lists and use drag & drop to copy, link or move items between lists; you can search, display and print the union of selected lists.

You have instant access to your to-do lists from the dock or the menu bar, and you can create a to-do item from selected text in any application that supports the Services menu.

ToDo X can import to-do items from iCal and other Mac or Windows applications that generate industry-standard ".ics" data files. Users of the classic Mac OS desk accessory "ToDo!" will be happy to hear that ToDo X can import from that venerable utility as well.

What's new in this version:

  • The Make New ToDo Item service has been tweaked for Snow Leopard so that it will appear in the Services menu when appropriate.
  • In Snow Leopard, the main window was not hiding properly if an Edit window was open. This has been fixed.
  • The main and Edit windows can fade when auto-hiding, rather than hide instantly. The fade time is controlled by a hidden preference as described in the FAQ.
  • The Help menu now contains direct links to various topics covered in the ToDo Help. This feature is disabled in older Mac OS X releases.
  • The context menu for setting to-do item priority is greyed out when no items are selected.
  • When using Spaces it should now be harder to lose sight of an Edit window.
  • The application no longer gets confused about the state of the option key when the user presses or releases it while a menu is active.
  • A workaround has been devised for OmniWeb pasteboard behavior that prevented it from working with the Make New ToDo Item service.
  • An error message has been revised to reflect changes to the Print panel as of Leopard.
  • Support for Unsanity's Smart Crash Reports has been removed.

Hi There,
If you are like me, and have post-it notes, and little slips of paper with phone numbers, notes to yourself about errands, etc, all over your desk space, then you'll Love this little application.
I have definitely gotten more done after using, and buying this application..
I paid for it, after a day or so of using it, back about a month or so ago, because I figured, if I paid for it, then I'd use it.. Which I have.
You can't hit the target, unless you know what you're aiming for..
Use it in good health,
Unkie

A To Do-manager without the possibility to add dates and times, and without an alarm function, is completely useless. At least for me.
