So simple and so useful.

This is without a doubt the most useful piece of freeware I have ever downloaded. I use it every single day measuring web graphics, css layout and so on. If you do web design you'll find this very useful and if you do, come back and rate it.
Finally, somebody gets it. - Version: 0.1, 9/15/2003 11:06AM PST

I don't know why every other developer assumes I want some big, klunky picture of a real-world straight-edge to drag around my screen. I just want to draw a box and know how wide and high it is. Thanks for getting this one right.
But please, test Rula with OS X's Universal Access "Zoom" feature enabled. With Zoom on, Rula displays fractional widths -- but the additional precision pushes the measurements out of view, making Rula pretty useless. It would be great to be able to zoom in (via Universal Access) and measure an object even more precisely!
I think coding Rula to simply round out these fractional widths would solve the problem handily. Any chance of that?
Thanks for a useful utility.
