Okay...this is the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. I would think that anyone who has spent anytime in cube-land would appreciate this very much. It does just what it says it does. The only option that would be nice is to be able to ad an "uh huh" periodically for your next door cubical neighbor who never shuts up! LOL.

plaintiger

it's a cute novelty, like the author says, but it wouldn't serve its stated purpose (just in case anyone here would be dumb enough to try to make it, or any other piece of software, do so). first, you'd have to NOT be a touch-typist, because there's no semblance of the sound of touch-typing happening here. second, your cow-orkers would all have to be so dumb as to not notice that "you" are forever hitting the Delete key exactly seven times in a row...

in fact, now that i listen some more, i realize that i can't think of any type of work one could do on a computer that would sound like this.

but it's as silly for me to even bother saying that as it would be for somebody to try to get time off work using this app to cover for them. :)

No matter what "busy" poeple may think, it's worth trying.
At least to leave them for a 15 minutes calm.
