A poor excuse for an IRC chat program as you can only use on freenode. Secondly it has bugs as it crashes and is not compatible to Tiger. Looks like a rush job. Why did it take 2 years for this release and still junk.
I will stick with Colloquy and Conversation as both are excellent and have excellent support MChat does not. What does the M stand for? Miserable! Pass this one up if you are a heavy IRC user. If your a beginner and want something basic there is alot better available.

What I don't understand is why people bother to complain that these type of chat programs connect to one channel. That is after all what they are designed to do. If you want to use IRC as IRC is meant to be get a real IRC client. But don't complain about software that is clearly not designed to function in the way you want it to.
