Just downloaded and set up my first library other than my default. Works flawlessly, I've bounced between libraries many times while testing it and have had no problems whatsoever. Very well done, incredible software, I'm donating!

Just realized that the default view in iphoto after import is not the Roll view. This program does indeed preserve folder hierarchy. Sorry for the mis-information.

iPhoto Override Usage TipRequest - Version: 4.0.2, 6/6/2004 09:42PM PST

I think this has lots of possibilities. However a request. Why not when I drag a folder of pictures which have subfolders , make a new roll based on the subfolder. Maybe this is a limitation of iphoto that you have no control over. \\

Thanks
