Product Description:

NightVision is useful for astronomers and others who need to preserve dark adaptation while using the computer. NightVision controls the three gamma channels (red, green, and blue) independently. It also provides full control over preset gamma settings, fade rate, and bailout keys.

What's new in this version:

  • Zero-length preset names now are disallowed.
  • Fixed unexpected quit on Mac OS 10.1.5 when naming new preset.
  • Slider gamma values now reportable as percentages (set via Preferences).
  • Updated documentation.

There was an Installer bug that has been fixed in the latest release (2.3.6a). The below feedback was for the pre-release version (2.3.6fc1).

The installer try to delete "everything" in my Utilities folder !!!!! I lost about hundred of system utilities and 3rd party software inside. Lucky I can restore them through Time Machine.

I will never! never! try it anymore.
