I'm not sure if the version at Macally is different to the one posted here (a difference of 20k or so), but my IceKEY keyboard is working perfectly! Volume keys and Eject key all fully functional! Am running Leopard on MBP (luckily Leopard came installed, which may make a difference). Will even sleep/wake from sleep with full functions (my pre-Leopard iBook dual-usb would always wake from sleep due to the keyboard).
So relieved - the best keyboard I've ever tried, so I'm glad this driver has it running properly.

A great keyboard deserves great software

Once you install this driver and boot into Terminal, no command can be typed without producing a string of repeating letters ad infinitum. Several years seems longer than necessary to fix this problem.
More important, why should we need a driver for the Macally ICEKey? Macally's inexpensive iKeySlim works properly right out of the box. Why not the same for the ICEKey? Too bad: the ICEKey is a beautiful keyboard.
BUGGY drivers. Do NOT use with Intel Macs.

Volume up/down keys will mess up the arrow that expands or collapses trees in certain apps like iPhoto and iTunes. If you want that arrow to become unresponsive until you reboot, then install these drivers. Otherwise, avoid it. Almost a year now and they still haven't fixed this issue.

Had the same problem as previous poster, with driver seeming to fail, loss of Volume and Eject keys.
Think I found the solution:
In Library/Preferences there is file
com.apple.keyboardtype.plist
It read Crashed, so I deleted it and upon restart the Volume and Eject keys are working fine.
Interestingly, the new .plist reads Date Modified as 01/30/07, rather than the date replaced (03/14/07). Think the earlier date was that of Security/Java update.
Anyway, hope this helps.

I've been using the old beta driver (1.0b3) since I got my IceKEY 3 years ago to use with my PowerBook. I'm now on my second PowerBook and it's worked fine with both, beta or not.
I was excited to FINALLY see a version 1.0, downloaded and installed it. So, now the volume keys no longer work!
This is the best keyboard I've ever had, too bad the new driver doesn't work. So, it's back to the old beta for me.

i used this beta-driver since 2003 and it worked fine on my G3 and G4. now i switched to a new dualcore intel-based mac and was confident in finding an updated driver. but what a surprise! the driver is STILL beta and at the same development stage as in 2002! incredible - no progress since 4 years! practically ALL of my software migrated to the intel-mac and everything works (except for mail-appetizer, for which there is already a beta universal binary out for download and the final version just around the corner); the only thing that didn't make it to intel was the iceKey driver.
i wrote to tech support. but as you might guess: no response.

support is extremely slow in responding, they know the bugs of this beta-driver for months and years, but they refuse to do anything in improving the driver. but they still sell the product. really bad support and really bad product for my opinion!!!
Bugs...

I tend to type really fast, often hitting multiple keys on the keyboard at the same time. I have found that on more than one Macally IceKey if you hit the J U and S keys at nearly the same time, they keyboard spits out those three letters PLUS a W.
I contacted them about this and they told me that i was hitting the w key.
Also, the plastic piece that inclines the keyboard on the left side broke within the first month of using the keyboard.
Now this would be a great product if they had just put it through a bit more rigorous quality control in development. It would also be nice if they made a dark/black version.

The only key which is not working is Num Lock. It works only as Clear key - just like on the latest Apple keyboards. There is no way to cancel default "Num Lock = on" state. It's a bit confusing since Num Lock LED is actually off.
macally.com has a newer (or at least repackaged) version circa 2008. However, this version dumps debug messages to Console on each keystroke. See http://discussions.apple.com/post!reply.jspa?threadID=1993310 for more info.
