Product Description:

mooDex is a program designed to fill the gap left by the program called QuickDEX by Casady & Greene, Inc. mooDex opens and saves QuickDEX files, displaying them similarly to QuickDEX. mooDex is like a box of index cards. It can be used for anything from addresses to recipes. The simplicity of mooDex is what gives it it's elegance. The interface in mooDex is somewhat more intuitive than QuickDEX, adding OS X's user friendly interface elements.
mooDex was made with REALBasic

What's new in this version:

  • allows the user to change the font and text size.

Finally, a way to access my old Quickdex files! Now I don't have to run Classic for anything. This app launches fast - about two bounces in the dock. Keep up the great work!

Not bad, except that it takes a very long time to start up. Because it takes so long to start up, 1'd give this app two stars. Once it is running, I'd say it works o.k. Notational Velocity is a much better app, IMHO :-|
