MediaCalculator CommentaryAn equivalent for audio streams? - Version: 1.2, 11/1/2004 08:04AM PST

MacJuanC
The idea for this product is good, so you can fiddle with all the settings and getting it right, before really burning (and maybe ruining) the media.

Does anybody know if there's an equivalent for audio applications? For example, say you want to store some raw audio in MP3 format: what's the best bitrate, sampling, compression, etc., setting to get the smallest filesize, or maybe the best quality sound?

Thanks for any pointers.
