same result as KrYpTo. (System Prefs will run, but not from the Apple menu - you have to find the actual icon and double-click.)

this terrific utility correct the errors promised, it corrected a failure of Disk Copy to function on a G3 B&W on 10.2.4. Very useful and invaluable utility.

under 10.2.1.. but I haven't experienced any of these issues since 10.2.2, perhaps Apple has stomped some of the bugs or my four Macs just got on a string of good luck..

thought I was going to spend the rest of the night and probably the weekend too trying to reinstall my system and regain normality. This fixed the problem I was having. Not for everyone of course but when you have the problem, it's clean and easy.
coreservicesd and Finder have gone mad right after Apples last security update -
I spend to much time poking around in the filesystem - deleting caches, fixing permissions and wondering what was going on - after one week without drag
and drop and a messy Finder I finally found Dragster.
Dragster fixed everything and just ***saved*** me from going mad --- Thanx !!!
