Product Description:

Image Info is a REALbasic class for retrieving information about images. Because it does not need to open entire images, it returns the info very quickly.

  • Reads from the data fork of files
  • Is not Quicktime dependent - or or require any plugins or outside classes.
  • It has been tested with REALBasic 4.0 thru to 4.5.1
  • Applications can be built to run on PPC, Carbon (OS X) and Windows.

you can pop onto the internet and learn all about extracting EXIF from a dozen different file formats including raster EPS not to mention the wealth of other info Image Info can read (50 plus items including layers, channels and clipping paths) and implement it for the price you claim is fair then I wish you all the very best, because you are way better than I. Actually with your skills I'm surprised you're not spending your energies creating the long-awaited Photoshop killer... :)

but the price is a bit too high - $25? That's crazy. For that amount of money, I'll look up how to read EXIF data from images on the internet and implement it myself. I would be willing to pay about $5 for this class. Lower your price and you may get some customers!
