What's new in this version:

Added SubEthaEdit (formerly "Hydra") as a supported text editor
File lists now display the number of items in the list
Improved the click-to-rename behavior to be a little less hyperactive
Fixed a problem with spurious "NOOP command successful" messages
Hopefully nailed an SFTP problem with 0 byte files being uploaded
Fixed some SFTP problems that were caused by idle timeouts
Fixed a problem where resuming would behave incorrectly, such as on Apple's seeding server
The enter key now applies changes in the Get Info window
Fixed an issue with broken symlinks to hidden files
Fixed a problem where renaming a remote folder would cause the cache to be out-of-sync
Fixed a problem where renaming a local item wouldn't re-sort the list afterward
Improved the responsiveness of the Preview Drawer
Fixed the ability to delete a remote item via SFTP and AppleScript
UI improvements for Mac OS X 10.3 (Panther)

Evil Lair

I keep trying other ftp software over the years, some free and some not, but this consistently has the fewest issues. It is also the only ftp software I've used that does not freak out over or hide files that have unicode text file names (Japanese).

Coming from Windows two years ago to Macs...I needed a dependable FTP client. I left Voyager and Transmit took it's place.
