iCalibrate ReviewProblem with Calendar Names - Version: 1.3.1, 10/8/2004 01:20PM PST

NancyGee
There is a bug in the program in that you need to choose the calendar to be changed not by its name, but by its location on the list - in other words, choosing the first name on the iCalibrate list will change the colors on the first iCal calendar, etc. Once you figure out this bug, the program itself works great - calendar entries are much easier to read - Apple should add this capability to iCal.

iCalibrate Commentarycalendar selected not one that is changed - Version: 1.3.1, 8/8/2004 08:27AM PST

Sean Kelley
I have got this product to work only by understanding that the calendar you select in the dialog window is not the calendar it writes the changes to.
when you save changes a little dialog window comes up and tells you very briefly which calendar was changed.
If this could be sorted out i would give a 5 star review.

iCalibrate ReviewIt's no go - Version: 1.3.1, 7/22/2004 12:57PM PST

Like the preceeding reviewers, any changes made do not stick.
Keep working on it cause iCal truly needs to be modifed so that we can see what the heck is being displayed. As is, I won't recommend iCalibrate but had it worked properly then I'd recommend it w/o hesitation.

iCalibrate Reviewglitches? - Version: 1.3.1, 6/18/2004 11:24AM PST

Like others, I make changes but nothing seems to happen. I make sure I close iCal first, but once I relaunch, nothing? Sounds like a good idea, but I'll keep checking for a new update, this one doesn't seem to work.

iCalibrate ReviewWorks.... But...... - Version: 1.3.1, 6/12/2004 11:23AM PST

I can customize colors and everything - it just doesn't apply my colors to the calendar I select. Great idea. Just needs work. Saveable, drag-and-drop themes would be cool.

iCalibrate ReviewSome things never change - Version: 1.3.1, 6/10/2004 11:17PM PST

Like others it seems that I make changes and mostly nothing happens. However I was able to change one calendar's text and color temporarily but no others and then it all went back to the defaults. I cannot rate it well!

iCalibrate ReviewIt would be great... If it worked - Version: 1.3.1, 6/8/2004 11:16AM PST

I'm having the same results as others: go through the motions without any changes to iCal. Too bad. ICal needs some legibility.

iCalibrate ReviewSeems to work for me... - Version: 1.3.1, 6/5/2004 05:52AM PST

Yes, the interface is a bit clunky... but you were looking for something that gave more options to customize the interface of iCal... and this program offers that. Remember that there are lots of options - it took me a little work to see the changes, but that's because I usually work in the month view - and there's not a lot there to work with visually (plain text or small button). When I switched to daily mode, I could certainly see that the program was doing what I expected it to do. Good effort... and worth every penny.

iCalibrate CommentaryAs others have stated - Version: 1.3.1, 1/20/2004 07:25PM PST

this version doesn't work at all. It launches fine, opens iCal, allows me to make changes within the interface, which I find a littel clunky I might add. I save, and relaunch iCal - nothing. Every color is exactly the same a it was before.

Too bad…
