Product Description:

A Cocoa version of the classic strategy game "Ataxx". You can play against yourself, the computer, or friends online via the Internet. 15 board configurations and 4 switchable board appearances. Create your own appearances/skins too! Has a slide out chat drawer.

What's new in this version:

  • Connected message was displaying hostname; now show IP address.
  • Allow user to select and copy IP address from New Opponent sheet.
  • Any click in game view causes heads-up display message to disappear.
  • Chat input field gains keyboard focus when opening the chat drawer.
  • Disconnects online friend when switching opponent types.

unfortunately the computer opponent isn't very challenging, even with the preference set all the way to hard, I win every time. I have played variations of this game on many platforms and the computer opponents were much more skilled in those versions. Four stars for perfection everywhere else though.
