Version 3.4 was still not saving its preferences for me until I rooted out an old prefs file from a previous version. Now works perfectly. Great support from the author.

Under 10.5.2 StartAuthoxy just crashes, and the preferences are still not remembered, so I have to start Authoxy manually each time, and fill in the details each time (tried deleting preferences but it didn't help). Once it's going, though, it does seem to intercept most proxy requests...
startAuthoxy doesn't work - Version: 3.2.5, 4/19/2006 08:28PM PST

When trying to start Authoxy using the startAuthoxy tool, I get "Daemon did not start!" and "authoxyd needs either 7 or 9 command line parameters. Check there are no spaces in your settings" (there aren't).
However, Authoxy starts up if I use the exact same settings and just click the "Start Authoxy" button in the prefpane.
