All of the three comments below are word-for-word on the 'testimonials' section of their website, http://www.7office.com/testimonials.html. It also seems weird that the same people give several different glowing reviews of the product..

Simon I
using 7Office for several years and have been extremely pleased with all aspects of the program and the customer support. From inventory control to invoicing, 7Office has handled all of our needs. We have been able to train non-computer users to use the program quickly and have yet to scratch the surface of what 7Office can do. The tech support has always been quick to respond with helpful ideas and changes in the program to suit our needs. This is an absolutely wonderful program.
I may bother to go into details about my experiences but for now just thinking about it makes me furious.
The bottomline I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE DEVELOPER OR THEIR PRODUCT TO ANYONE.
In response to a post raising suspicions about the developers reviews. YES! The glowing remarks about this product originate from the developers own self serving publicity.
My experiences serve to remind me how an indivual customer with geniune praise and enthusiasm for a product from the outset can be slowly screwed down over time by an arrogant, self serving and condescending developer.
