Product Description:

If you want to record music and audio like a pro — but don't feel like breaking the bank — we've got some great news for you: Your Macintosh is already half the solution. The other half is Deck 3.5 LE.
BIAS Deck 3.5 LE turns your Mac into a full-fledged recording studio. Easily record up to 12 tracks, with full CD quality. Edit your work instantly (while always being able to revert to your original recordings). Process your tracks, using EQ and other built-in digital signal processing. You can even play back MIDI files in perfect sync. Then mix it all down using Deck 3.5 LE's virtual mixing console.
Deck 3.5 LE is everything you need and then some. Sure, you could always take a few months to learn some other multitrack software, or buy a complicated hardware recorder. But no other competing solution is as easy to use and as fast to learn. No other is more compatible with so many different kinds of optional audio interfaces. And nothing else gives you an affordable upgrade path to Deck 3.5 — BIAS' acclaimed 64-track professional multitrack audio workstation.

    BIAS Deck LE Troubleshooting ReportVT 3.5.3 & DeckLE 3.5.3 - Version: 3.5.3, 4/5/2005 07:32PM PST

When VersionTracker 3.5.3 scans my Macintosh disk, it incorrectly reads the version number of DeckLE 3.5.3 in my Applications folder. More preceisely, VersionTracker 3.5.3 reads "My Version" of DeckLE as "3.0.5" and indicates the "Current Version" as "3.5.3". The only version of DeckLE I have installed on my disk, however, is iin fact version 3.5.3. I have now run VersionTracker 3.5.3 10 consecutive times on each of two computers, and the result does not vary. (And of course I have triple-checked the version number of the DeckLE application using "Get Info" and other conventional means.) Is it possible that this error somehow stems from the coincidence of identicial version numbers (VersionTracker 3.5.3 and DeckLE 3.5.3)? I thought that code was essentially agnostic in relation to such things.

If you want a great multi-track recorder/editor with a future, check out Live by Ableton. Deck is a scary POS which should never have been released. You can't even move the faders while audio is in play. If you do NOTHING happens. Bias should focus on making Peak suck less.
