Price is right. I love freeware developers. Uploads to my ftp site only thing is after it uploads it it seems to sit there spinning until I hit cancel. When I do hit cancel it ends the ftp session cleanly. I'm going to upload a screenshot for you all.

iCal FTP Usage TipTiger fix - adjustment to combat 0kb files - Version: 1.1, 8/31/2006 11:14AM PST

Setting up an alias of the Source folder will result in a file ending in '.calendars' being uploaded, with 0kb as the file size. However, look inside the Sources folder and you'll see that each calendar is stored inside it's own folder - this is the folder that you need to create an alias of and then rename to 'Calendars' and move into the Library folder.

To locate the correct calendar if you multiple calendars (as the calendars are given silly numerical names) open each file called 'Info.plist' using TextEdit. You'll see the title of each calendar on about the 9th line.

('psconsult' wrote the following reply) Solution:
iCal 2 stores its calendar files in /Library/Application Support/iCal/Sources.
1. Create an Alias from the above mentioned "Sources" Folder
2. Rename the Alias to "Calendars" an put it in your /Library folder.
Enjoy :)

iCal FTP Usage TipVersion 1.1 has some bugs in Tiger - Version: 1.1, 5/7/2005 09:55AM PST

iCalFTP looks in the wrong folder when using Tiger. If you want it to work, you must export your .ics files to ~/Library/Calendars folder first, then the upload works just fine. A little annoying, but I guess it can be worked around for now.

After using htis for many months it doesn't appear to work with Tiger now. Apple moved the file structure of iCal, it appears.

iCal FTP ReviewIt ain't much - Version: 1.1, 8/1/2004 08:22PM PST

I have to agree with curious. I was hoping to use this in conjunction with PHPiCalendar. My main hope was that iCal FTP would provide a feature to schedule automatic uploads of my .ics files. Alas, it does not.

iCal FTP ReviewThis seems like apointless app - Version: 1.1, 5/31/2004 07:52PM PST

All this app does id upload the iCal.ics file to your sebserver. I mean, all this is a basic FTP client that only uploads one or two files. It dosent change it to a type of format that a web browser can read. Users will have to re-download the file, re-name it, and load it into their iCal app.

This is just a very basic FTP client. Nothing more. It works as it should, so if thats all you need it for, great. Otherwise, this app just seems pointless to me.
