Works great with the Yamaha EZ and MacOS. Use the guitar-midi-helper.mipi. If you want a quick tutorial go to http://tinyurl.com/ykx4shz, or just play with the settings in that pipe.

how about adding HID support, turning anything that talks with HID protocol into a midi controller. I know there's other apps that do this, but they're all shareware.

Logicat
I've seen these posted as "Yamaha" and "Roland". One of the two was C3 and the other was C4. Can anyone corroborate this information?
