Solitaire Till Dawn X - Mac OS X - Version: 1.5, 1/27/2008 12:00AM PST

Not feedback - a question from a senior who has become confused . . . . I have been enjoying my Solitair Till Dawn for quite some time now but it is Version 4.0.1., copyright 1991-2001. While checking VerionTracker, I decided to see what you had for games and there it was - Solitaire Till Dawn X - Mac OS X., Version 1.5. I take it it is NOT an update for the one I have, but is apparently a better version? When you can, would you let me know before I spend another $25? And, if I dowload it, is there a trial period prior to my sending in the check?

I've used this game for years & each new version adds some good games.
I'm looking forward to playing Royal Rendezvous. I used to play this game on the kitchen table with the old-style deck of cards b.c. (before computers)!

with this product. It was great to begin with. But when I discovered problems with the help system and e-mailed the developer, I was even happier. Help was FAST, kind and courteous. The Developer worked through 3 different versions of this software to correct the problems all in a matter of days. It quite frankly blew me away as I have had some bad experiences with shareware. But STDX is a solid program, great fun as a time killer and is backed up by a solid and really helpful developer. Definitely worth the investment and highly recommended to anyone looking for the best solitaire program they can get their hands on.
Always smooth and easy

I've been using Solitaire Till Dawn for many years, and each release is easier to use, nicer looking, and solid. I love this program. And always new things to play. This time, Diamond Rush is really cool, quite different.
Essential

Arguably the app I use most - it is always on behind my work apps, and when I need some "time out" a game of Miss Milligan is just what is required. And now I can make the game's background the same as my desktop and it just merges almost out of sight. Excellent.
STD X 1.2 downloads correctly - Version: 1.2, 11/7/2003 04:06PM PST

Earlier I reported that version 1.1 would not download for me so I am delighted that the v. 1.2 download was successful first up.
Also of interest was that, being a <.dmg.hqx> file, Speed Download 2 also cuts in and speeds the action.
Now for some dawn efforts.

Downloads perfectly, plays perfectly

Excellent solitaire. I learned to play and enjoy several new games, thanks to its excellent help. The price seemed a bit steep at first, but all in all, it's been a worthwhile purchase. (If you can call paying money to waste time "worthwhile"....) Continuing 100% success ratio on Freecell is really fun. :) The "possible move" highlighting doesn't highlight ALL the possible moves in Freecell though. Still, the best solitaire on OS X.

Says it all. Tried 5 times, same result. Cannot get any download from alternative site. Take no notice of the Used Product for: menu; won't download so have not used this version.
Fantastic!

A full version at last - only too happy to have paid the requested fee. This application keeps my Mum quiet for hours :)
Appearance is a bit crude (the uncustomizable part), but not too bad. Automatic/helper-functions are a bit overshooting, as they easily direct into empty-minded clicking, but luckily they're mostly selectable.
Overall, good product.
