Product Description:
This plugin adds around 21,000 functions, methods and classes to REALbasic. Visit the website for a list of features.
What's new in this version:
- Added REALbasic Cocoa Control and several control classes like NSProgressIndicatorMBS, NSScrollerMBS, NSSliderMBS, NSTableViewMBS and NSTextViewMBS.
- Added new controls: LineMBS, OvalMBS, RectangleMBS, RoundRectangleMBS, ImageMBS and ButtonMBS.
- Added QTKit classes. (Requires QuickTime 7.2!)
- Added new ComputerControlMBS module.
- Added GammaMBS class and GammaFadeMBS class.
- Added two functions for easy encrypt/decrypt to the blowfish class: BlowfishMBS.Decrypt and BlowfishMBS.Encrypt.
- The JPEGImporterMBS and the JPEGExporterMBS classes are now console safe.
- Added Folderitem.SaveAs8BitPNGMBS and Folderitem.SaveAs8BitAlphaPNGMBS.
- Improved the Java database classes.
- Added methods to CGContextMBS to draw arcs, ovals and round rectangles.
- Added NSProcessInfoMBS class.
- Updated Phidget classes to use the current library version of 2nd June 2008.
- Added CGWindowListCreateImageMBS global method and a GetCGWindowIDMBS method to the window class.
- Added AddSoundFade and AddSoundFadeToTrack to the movie class.

I've been using the MBS plugins for my software development for a few years. I can't imagine developing in REALbasic without them. These plugins make the development of sophisticated applications (in my case, educational software that demonstrates visual perceptual phenomena and simulates clinical vision tests) possible with REALbasic are worth every penny.

It looks like the new license model just doubled the price. Now the "plugin" costs about 50 % more than a single user license for REALbasic!
If like me you're using just a few functions - spread over 4 or 5 parts - this is becoming a costly affair...
