This is exactly what I was looking for - a lightweight, simple app to track my weight. Great job.

WeightTracker CommentaryWhat I'd like to see ... - Version: 0.2, 9/18/2004 08:29PM PST

... besides the graph, is the following: the possibility to track some measurements like waist, hip and thigh, ability to choose between metric systems and to switch from one to another at any time, a horizontal line in the graph at your start weight and another at the target weight and possibility for more than one user at a time. I was thinking of a similar idea as a learning project myself, but i don't have the time and you seem to be doing it quite well. Eventually, it would also be nice to have periodic reminders to enter your data, like once a week, with an email or something.

WeightTracker ReviewNice idea...but - Version: 0.2, 4/6/2004 01:00AM PST

But pretty much unusable in it's current form. The dates need to start year first, then month, then day to to log in a chronological order (programmer to rearrange as needed for final display). The "Target" date and "difference" input doesn't work: "Days to Goal": "-731,651", "Difference" "-17.000" is gibberish. I could manage to do that in Filemaker with my ineptitude. If I weigh 185 pounds on April 1 and I lose (or gain) 1 pound on April 2 then the results should clearly display (graph or not) the amount lost (or gained). The program does correctly determine the days to target. Although the input to days to target is buggy at best. It requests (DD) (MM) (YYYY) but only through trial and error can you actually enter the data.

I really want to like this app, and it's one that would simplify my day-to-day paperwork trail, but seriously, I am ready to toss it.

11/03/2004 (by the programers timecode) I weighed 185 pounds
30/03/2004 (by the programers timecode) I weighed 183 pounds

Buy the programs calculation, I have lost -13.000 pounds

Now I'm no math expert but those numbers just don't add up.

Please update this app. Even make it shareware when you do. (and it works). Otherwise, someone point me in the right direction for an easy-to-use weight tracking app that doesn't include "body-fat percentages", "calorie intake", etc. I just want to track my weight.

Thanks.
