Quartz Extreme Check Troubleshooting ReportWhat are you checking? - Version: 1.2, 9/13/2006 10:32AM PST

Your app correctly told me that one of my comps is not loading Quartz Extreme. Thank you.

What are you checking to see if Quartz is enabled?

I have a headless system (no monitor) that is not loading Quartz Extreme only when the monitor is not attached. I've been trying to figure out how to force the computer to load quartz, but can't seem to find it. Please tell me theres a .plist file somewhere I can toggle to force the system to load it up.

PS. Thanks for all the software.

Quartz Extreme Check Commentarymouse shadow doesn't tell. - Version: 1.2, 8/6/2003 11:55PM PST

mark_ringenoldus: That's simply *wrong*. The mouse cursor has a shadow when the card supports cursor shadows. It supports Quartz Extreme when the chipset / bus / video memory meet the requirements. Yes, these two often come together on modern cards. No, it is not *always* the case, so the mouse shadow is not a reliable indicator!
