I've been using Sciral for three and a half years. It's an invaluable tool for making sure you complete tasks - and it's also really useful to check how you've done over the long term. One instance I use it for is exercise and diet and it's interesting to look back and see what I did or didn't do and how frequently ... I can tell you this, memory is not as reliable as one thinks, and evidence on a chart is often a sobering reminder of the disjunction between memory and fact. -- What Sciral really needs now is an export to spreadsheet function so that stats and graphs can be done. Maybe the developer will think about that for the next update.

This program is a little gem. I use it every day. The recent update (1.1) not only adds several thoughtful new features--it's free to registered users. Awesome.

I looked around for a program like this. Fairly simple but good for all sorts of things. Still works despite its age. Price is a little high for what it actually does (I was tempted to hack something like it myself). Could use a facelift.
