I tried 4.0.8 on a 2007 iMac with OS 10.5.8. The TV Wizard failed with an Applescript error. I needed to change Full Screen Size to Current Screen Size. I was able to use 'DVD Short Play' mode. Otherwise everything else has worked so far. On a 450MHz Cube running 10.4.11 with GeForce3 card, I needed to step down to 'DVD Long Play' mode to get smooth results. Overall for me not bad - much better than Internet chatter would indicate...

Thanks for those who made the effort to get in touch with Eskape to confirm that 4.0.8 does not work on 10.5.2. Hauppauge has one lousy website with no support for Mac. Time to break out the Elgato EyeTv 3 I scored at MacWorld Expo.

Eskape software worked on Tiger, but not on Leopard Intel. Audio is ok, but video is just a green screen. What do I do?

3.6 worked absolutely great on Tiger. When I upgraded to Leopard on my Intel Macbook, I downloaded 4.08, which gives an "unsupported" error message. It doesn't seem to work on Leopard on Intel Macs. Now what? My hardware is useless.

Despite the blurb above, version 4.0.8 does NOT work on Leopard. The remote window loads, but nothing else. Not even the preferences pane will open.

This product is the worst TV product I have ever come across.
Its installer is pooh
It does not work once "installed.
It will not work correctly on 3 different Macs I have. (G3, PB G4 17", Quad G5)
Next time I go to the gun range this POS is coming with me for a target.
