Does anyone have a working link to download this (or Caminicon)?
Generic Icon Installation - Version: 3.0, 8/31/2006 08:44AM PST

Can someone tell me why when I run CaminoKnight the disk image opens, I'm confronted with its contents...which promptly disappear, after which I'm left with a generic icon in my Applications folder? This is extremely irritating.
For those who see an error when installing icon themes - Version: 3.0, 1/27/2006 01:19PM PST

It seems that some users cannot install themes and see the above error message. It looks as if the new Xcode will not recognize a handler that is called "installTheme" (I have no idea why). I simply renamed the handler and that fixes it. So if you want to install icon themes, please redownload the 3.0 version from my website. If you don't install any themes, then keep the version 3.0 you already downloaded. Really, the only difference is the name of the handler. The code is otherwise identical.

I have CaminoKnight set up (via cron) to run every night during the wee hours. This morning I saw that it had stalled with the "do you want to upgrade?" screen. Clicking yes, I found the new version downloaded and the old version overwritten (despite the claim that the old version would be moved to the trash!). When I ran the new version, it just "sat" there, without doing anything.
After I deleted the CaminoKnight.plist file in ~/Library/Preferences, the program worked fine again.
I really like CaminoKnight. I give it five stars!

Directions rather vague and I could not get this to work with Mac Tiger?
I thought this was the browser but download only to find out it is not?
So I am lost as to what this is supposed to do for me? I never have any trouble getting new downloads so why this? Confused!

License panel woes - Version: 2.7, 9/4/2005 10:14PM PST

For most people, CaminoKnight works fine. If for some reason CaminoKnight fails to dismiss the license panel and mount the disk image, please redownload CaminoKnight 2.7. It is conceivable that there might be a timing issue some users are experiencing. I have therefore replaced the 2.7 version with another one that will hopefully work for those few users.
Do not bother to re-download v2.7 if you don't experience any problems, because the change is not fundamental and only handles the timing of the click.

The developer was quick to track down the problem I was having with OS 10.3.9 and CK 2.7 He sent me a new version which works perfectly in Panther. Hopefully he will make it available to other Panther users.

Despite a quick e-mail response from the developer, I cannot get CK 2.7 to work with OS 10.3.9 It hangs at that part of the program where the license agreement dialog box appears. I waited in excess of two minutes for it to automatically agree, but in the end I had to manually click on the agree button and was left with the mounted disk image on my desktop and the previous version of Camino.app removed from my application folder. Can anyone else corroborate my problem? Yes, I did enable "assistive devices" in the Universal preference pane.

Keeps asking to update - Version: 2.6, 8/25/2005 04:53AM PST

Despite downloading the newest verion 2.6. Each time I launch the program it tells me that a new version 2.6 is available. Also the default location in the preference panel for getting the latest nightly of Camino is not correct and points to an older version released on the 18th of August.
