Mp3-Info is a model for how to write an app. It provides the exact information needed in an interface which is elegant in its simplicity, and the developer is responsive to user requests.

Although it's free, I was impressed enough to donate €20. Well done!

Fantastic little helper, very useful. Saves a lot of time, no need for opening up heavy application, just ctrl click. I hope the Author will continue develop this. Its free, I would pay, without hesitation. AudioShop Portfolio Prints

Mp3-Info Usage TipWhat? - Version: 1.3.2, 9/30/2004 07:58PM PST

Ok, I love this thing, but I have one problem. The installer just installs it and restarts the finder w/o my consent. Sorry, but that's just not good. Imagine what would happen if someone was burning a cd through Finder while installing the thing. Goodbye CD! That NEEDS to be resolved. Seriously. I love the app, though.

I find this really useful but it would be even better if could display the file size too? I know this info is really easy to find elsewhere but it would be really handy in the same window.

Mp3-Info CommentaryColon problems again - Version: 1.3, 8/23/2003 09:15AM PST

jamesn20012001
Lately the ":" (colon) in the potential renaming options is back on lots of MP3 downloads which makes the sustitution impossible when using System X.
Would it be possible to fix this?

Mp3-Info ReviewWonderful program - Version: 1.3, 8/3/2003 10:17AM PST

jamesn20012001
This has been an extremely useful program to quickly judge the size and characteristics of various MP3 and AAC files. The big problem has been in renaming files since many of the old radio files that I download have the : colon in the name which causes System X to reject the change. This version changes " : " to "-" which is legal.
