Check out exactly, how long you have been busy working on the new website for customer X and for the new print catalog for customer Y. Use the RTF export and handle your JobTimer protocols in other programs to your needs. JobTimer 2.1 is recommended as a boot application. One click, and your next cob can be started.

JobTimer is shareware (29 EUR) by MK-Software for Mac OS X. The unregistered version of JobTimer only works for half an hour and will quit then. There are no other restrictions. The registered version offers unlimited project windows with unlimited numbers of jobs.

What's new in this version:

  • JobTimer uses a new registration dialog; old JobTimer 2.0 match codes should still be accepted. If not, please contact DSD.net and ask for your free JobTimer 2.0 match code update.
  • File > Export uses shortcut [cmd][E] now.
  • Help Menu has been redesigned, offering a new JobTimer Help now.
  • Czech localization (by Petr Jandk).
  • Dutch localization (by Paul Pasveer).
  • The Preferences window no longer shows Toolbar (hide) button, as required by Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.
  • All export formats are available again.
  • Many text, layout fixes and adjustments for Mac OS X Leopard.

Anyone considering paying for this so-so looking app should consider trying <a href="http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/27962">WorkTimer</a> first. I've been using it for a few years now, it is simple, no frills, and works perfectly every time. And as a bonus is is FREE

Application recently went wonky on me... just get the spinning pizza wheel now. Trashed prefs; reinstalled; rebuilt HD directory... nothing.

Any ideas? The website for support is unresponsive...out of business?

Thanks... running 10.4.8 on twin gig G5 w/4 gig mem

The version tracker link opens dl.php which invookes dreamweaver which then freezes for many minutes as it tries to open a page that has at least 140 browser errors, binary text and no clear link to the job timer upgrade.

How about a link that simply downloads the update?
