Product Description:

SimpleWget is a Cocoa front end for GNU Wget, a great UNIX download tool. You can do recursive downloading, specify file type to get(like .jpg only, .gif only...and so on), span hosts, read URLs from a text file.

GNUWget-1.8.2 Installer Package for Mac OS X is also available at the developer website.

What's new in this version:

  1. GNU Wget bandled.
  2. German supported. (You can DL German.lproj form Help Menu)
  3. some popup help bugs fixed.

much better -- almost there. The interface is still simple but the new options are very useful. The tool tips are a great help. Speaking of help, please consider filling "Help" with helpful content, thanks! :-)

I can do the command line stuff, but it is nicer to have a GUI. Pop-up help is great. If you want to learn how to use the command line, here is where to start: http://www.gnu.org/manual/wget/html_mono/wget.html
