I am using this with TOAST 5 and it works smashing! I am stunned at how well it works and the speed I can make VCD. I only wish I could easily convert AVI files to MPEG.

Macs Pain
Until now I used Version 1.1.1, and it worked great! 5 Stars for that. But the new version 1.1.3 does not work at all. I cant't use any mpg-files to make (S)VCDs. None of them is working, although the same files worked with version 1.1.1 Maybe some bugs implemented??
This is rediculous! You can do this with Toast, WITHOUT this app!

Building DVD and VCD with static images is built into Toast 6 and I've made 10 or 12 DVD and VCD's since Toast 6 came out!

I spent roughly 6 hours yesterday wrangling with an SVCD MPG in PAL format, trying to get Toast to burn it onto NTSC VCD. Fortunately this update was posted and I saw it. I downloaded and installed the app and 15 minutes later the NTSC VCD was in my DVD player and playing. Thanks for making it so easy. And Free!!

I agree with others comments ! rating something 1 star because it hasn't features that it's not supposed to have is completly dumb and stupid ! VCD builder is a masterpiece to create VCD and SVCD quickly and efficiently, with links ! I don't know another software that makes SVCD/VCD menu/links so easily, even for the highest price. and this one is FREE !!! damn it, 5 stars wouldn't be enough ! KRR

<b>VCD Gear is a standard for creating VCD/SVCD. Anytime you are going to make another VCD, use this before using toast! You can create a title screen, activate special commands between chapter, frame your MPEG's, and you can also check to see if your files are VCD/SVCD compatible. Highly reccomended, extremely easy to use.
