my TiBook/667. Perfect app for keeping track of disk space. Watching top in the terminal window the app rarely ever took anything above 1% of CPU. The fact that just simply displays the information like text on my background screen is just what I need. I can tuck it down in a corner and it never gets in the way. It can also run without adding another icon to the dock. If you want to monitor your available disk space on mounted drives get this app!

didn't read any of the documentation. I thought I would try this little app. I WISH I had 395Gigabytes Total Capacity! It is somehow interpretting my little 100GB Maxtor CompUSA special as 369.85 Gb! Well, back to the simple, elegant 'df -k'' Nice interface. No score for me though.

me an email containing your system specifications, the number of drives you are using and their types (internal, FireWire, etc.). I have tested shadowDisk on an iBook/500, a G4/667, a titanium/800, a G4/400 and an iMac/800. None of them have ever exceeded 5% of CPU usage. Maybe your information can help me track down the problem. Mail me your thoughts to: stupidfish23@mac.com
