Product Description:

Norrkross Tint is used to adjust the color balance of images. Color adjustments with original color near the pixel color are applied more, whereas color adjustments that differ in original color from the pixel color have little or no effect. This allows the changing of different colors separately (eg. make the gray greener but leave the white and black as they are).

Tint CommentaryFerocious CPU usage - Version: 1.2.4, 3/25/2007 09:17PM PST

WoodDMW
Launched the app, loaded an image, then noticed CPU usage. Here's a paste from a 'top' output (with a dual-1.7 GHz CPU Cube):

2618 Norrkross 186.9% 0:56.68 3 91 239 37.3M 17.4M 44.8M 148M

Those are some serious cycles given I wasn't actually DOING anything with the image. On the other hand, it evidently is multi-processor aware :)

applicatoin with stuffit expander or some other tool that handles .tgz (or .tar.gz which is the same thing) unless your web browser already did it for you. Then drag the resulting Tint.app to wherever you like your applications to be. Instructions for using the application is under the Help menu. You can also email questions to martin@orcsoftware.com.
