Poor documentation - Version: 2.2, 11/22/2006 10:34PM PST

I'm still not quite sure how to play a game with this emulator. I can load a ROM fine, and I mapped my reset to a key not being used, but I don't know where to go beyond that. Basically, the instructions for this software are not user friendly.
Bummer, also quits for me

I also have the quitting problem -- when I start to load a game with the current version, it's quitsville, on my 10.4.1 G5. I reverted back to version 1.2 and it works fine, although it's quite old (only supports 2x screen sizes, which is ridiculous with my giant Apple monitor). Hoping for a fix soon.
The Application StellaOSX Unexpectedly Quit - Version: 1.4.2b, 3/11/2005 10:36PM PST

This latest version quits on me -- at first I thought it was the SDL libs (the aliases were all broken in the package, so I re-linked them) but even after fixing the SDL libs, I got the same result. All my other SDL software works fine; running OS X 10.3.8 on a G3.

Hi, I'm the maintainer of the Mac port of this emulator, and .zip files of roms are not supported at the current time. The main author has indicated he plans support for them in version 1.5.
Just won't work? - Version: 1.4.2, 2/20/2005 07:54PM PST

I was so happy to see this be updated, unfortunately the moment I loaded it up and chose a game zip file it would load and just buzz in the background with a black screen. Anyone else experience this? I tried over 20 roms with no luck.
This DOES support zip files, right?

If I couldn't control a certain game I just went to the game-properties and chose keyboard and everything worked fine.
I loved it!
Every game worked fine until I loaded Frogger, which I couldn't get to response in any way, from then on things no longer worked.
River Raid for instance: when I start a new game the plane steers right and crashes, I cannot control it. Very weird because I hadn't changed any settings.
No matter what I do, nothing works.
Pole Position, I can press left or right as much as I like, the car can no longer be controlled.
I deleted Stella's preference file, got rid of Frogger and even downloaded a new River Raid en Pole Position Rom.
I cleaned all user cashes, repaired the permissions, I even did a virus check, restarted my iMac numerous times and re-installed Stella.
Nothing!!
It won't work.
Crap!
