“Re: LabelsAndCardsPro 1.9.1
Two releases ago (version 1.8.9) you added "Preferences > Application Font added." This made me very happy! However this feature has not worked (Broken) in your last two releases.
The ability to select a default font puts LabelsAndCardsPro ahead of the competition. Please fix.
Suggestion: Adding Default Font "Point Size" would be a great time saver and put LabelsAndCardsPro way ahead of the competition.
Thank you! If I can help you in anyway please feel free to contact me. Keep up the good work.”
One week later: LabelsAndCardsPro 1.9.2
What’s New: Preferences>Application Font Size added. (to use select size, then click Make Default to make this application preference.
Thank you!

Otherwise, a solid program, that's done everything I've put it to task to. I haven't had or seen any of the problems listed here. Money well spent IMHO.
Still a Value for the Money

With the email help of Metis tech support, I was finally able to download and install the latest version.
However, they informed me that I must restart my computer in order to get rid of the "another copy in use" problem that causes it to run in demo mode if it crashes or is force-quit.
My computer serves a website, and serves files to other computers. I am not going to re-start it if some application crashes, due to their poorly implemented copy protection! I let Metis know this is unacceptable behavior for anyMacOS X application. I would not tolerate this of a $1200 Adobe suite, let alone shareware that I use infrequently! Get a grip, software developers!
I laud Metis's rapid email reply to my support question, and am upgrading my "Support" rating to "Neutral," but their product is still Not Acceptable, because it requires a restart when it crashes. (Back to the bad, old MacOS 9 days!) When the next MacOS X upgrade arrives, and I restart my computer, maybe I'll try to use it again. Maybe not.
