cURL HUI is a very simple and easy to use front end, written in AppleScript Studio, to the cURL command line utility.
It supports the specially formatted curl urls for bulk downloading. you can download within the program or pass the command string to the Terminal.

least giving the user the option to add in additional commands free-form. In other words, you allow power-users to still use your GUI, while still making it easy for beginners.

should go back to the drawing board mate. I really appreciate your effort but it's still easier to use curl form the command line. If you are really keen to make something worthwile I can give you a hand.I also think this application deserves to be full cocoa app instead of simple applescript. Look what some people have done with wget, curl is IMO much better but some wget frontends are really good.
