Product Description:

Add Bookmark enables you to use Control-Click on hypertext links on a web page in Safari, Explorer and iCab and add the link via a Contextual Menu Item command directly to URL Manager Pro, the professional bookmark manager. You can also use Control-Click on text containing an URL, in BBEdit and Eudora and Apple Mail, for example.

Nice for IE but since it's being abandoned by Micro-multipatch-soft, and iCab is in its one millionth beta, why bother. Safari and the mozilla incarnations are the most important.
