Product Description:

Neo is a Cocoa "shadow" client for the Kazaa network, meaning that it does not actually connect to the Kazaa servers. Instead, Neo scans through IP ranges looking for Kazaa hosts, indexes their file lists, and stores them locally on your hard drive.

Neo is currently in beta development.
Neo is open-source, visit Neo's SourceForge page.

your pain... When searching for "john Digweed" (to mention something relatively common) I only got 10 files back... Sad, very sad. Napster and Audiogalaxy are greatly missed.

into crashes while downloading a master list set it to only scan 100 hosts or fewer at a time and that should fix it. Has anybody else had problems with downloads only getting about 4k and then stopping? Or supposedly completing but only downloading a tiny fraction of the file?
