I was looking for a way to quickly approximate the difference in amortization times if I increased my loan payment. This is an elegantly easy way to do it. 96K!

very handy program. Reminds me of an old OS-7 app called Money Matters. It is concise and to the point and it is compact. Not for a banker, but great for getting a feel of how much things will cost, the interest your paying, etc. A must have.
