LetsSee X CommentaryTiger ate LetsSee - Version: 2.1, 7/16/2005 04:24PM PST

The latest upgrade to Tiger (10.4.2) seems to have put the axe to LetsSee. It has become even more unstable than before, and quits without warning. However, the Classic version still works fine.

LetsSee X ReviewObnoxious... - Version: 2.1, 8/2/2003 10:32AM PST

HardDriver
An obnoxious nag screen, in addition to a 15 use limit seems like overkill in providing a bad user experience. Thumbnail generation must be invoked on each folder of image and is very slow. Despite claims, does not read EXIF data in our raw files (Canon).

I bought this app for $15 in July 2002. Five months later they want $12 for an upgrade? I don't think so. It's not a bad app, but it sure as hell is not worth another $12. I give it one star for gouging." Since then, I have been advised by Irony Software that they do have a free upgrade program for people who recently registered. They also very kindly sent me a new registration code for v.2. I therefore withdraw my earlier remarks and revise my rating to the four stars that I feel this software actually deserves.
