CG Invoicer ReviewVery nice product - Version: 2.3, 5/17/2008 12:11PM PST

This is a nice program if you need an invoicing program and not a more complete system like MYOB or Quickbooks. The invoices look very nice, it is pretty darn straightforward, and keeps good client information. You can even email invoices if you like, from within the program. And the customer support is great. I give it 5 stars overall because of the great support.

CG Invoicer ReviewGood product and great support - Version: 2.3, 5/4/2008 07:12AM PST

I run a small software support and troubleshooting business in Malta, Europe. I started up fast and needed something that I could learn quickly. I didn't have much time to look around and came across CG Invoicer on the Version Tracker site. I liked the feedback from other users and decided to give it a go. I had everything set up in literally minutes and it has left me free to run my business efficiently. I have found the interface intuitive and pleasant to use, and would certainly recommend it without hesitation. The icing on the cake was Thomas' fast and reliable support making this a truly professional package.

CG Invoicer ReviewEasy and full featured - Version: 1.8.3, 11/24/2004 07:53AM PST

I've just downloaded and tested this software for 2 days and I'm ready to buy. This is easy to use and full featured. I need to crank out invoices quickly and I was tired of making them in Excel. This really solved a problem for me. Thanks to the developer for quickly answering my annoying questions too.

CG Invoicer CommentaryCG Invoicer VS. iWork, iCal, iBank System - Version: 1.8.2, 9/18/2004 06:28PM PST

I found an app that I like, it is iWork. Check out iWork you'll kick yourself later if you don't. it also costs less. CG Invoicer is a database fronted as an app. and cannot hold a candle to iwork. iWork syncs with iCal and has a iBank program that keeps track of the banking. As i wrote before I don't trust an application that can make such monumental problems from clicking one feature on. (i never turned on the time billing I figured they had because I hadn't purchased it in the allotted time.) CG invoicer is not for me. check out the iWork system, it too sends email invoices.

This program does everything it says it does!

I made a couple of mistakes when changing some settings and the developer corrected my errors...I highly recommend the program and greatly thank the developer for all his efforts.

You don't find this kind of support with most programs.

Give it a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

CG Invoicer ReviewNo manual required - Version: 1.8, 4/25/2004 11:06AM PST

I'm a freelance photographer and tried several invoicing programs. This one was particularly easy to use (I didn't even realize there was a manual until I used it for a month). I had used quickbooks but it was really overkill for my buisness. This works great and when I needed a feature the response from the developer was quick (discount by line item). I highly recommend this.

Suggestions: I would like to be able to customize the font used on printed invoices. Quarterly sales reports would help too!

I've tried a bunch of invoice softwares, not that there are all that many for the mac. This was easy to use and when I had some trouble I called and got the help that I needed. I need to charge two different taxes and nothing else I found would do that. THANKS !

CG Invoicer Developer NoteRepeat billing - Version: 1.7, 2/19/2004 04:55AM PST

CG Invoicer has the ability to perform repeat billing. This feature will create duplicates of existing invoices for those needing to rebill every week, month, six months or however often you need to. Repeat billing happens only when you actively recreate invoices.

OCMacman, it sounds like you have performed repeat billing without meaning to. We take support very seriously. If you have problems with a registered product you need only contact us and we are happy to work with you to fix any issues you may have.
