The patch does what it says, apparently. I haven't had any issues getting my iShock to work with the game, nor have I had any issues with the graphics with my Radeon 8500. Runs extremely smooth at 1024X768 with 4X FSAA, and I love that you can jack up the game's speed. The only weird thing is the way music only comes out of one speaker...and the sound effects come out of the other...

A total waste of my money! Slow, boring to look at, and the PSX version wipes its ass. Buggy as f**k in OS9 with ATI card. Steer clear.

As for the moaning that it no longer works with "back-up" CDs, go and buy a copy. Bloody pirates.
