Product Description:
IGS Twisted is my interpretation of Electropaint. For those of you who don't know Electropaint, IGS Twisted is an artistic visualization of symmetry.
This screen saver whirls, twists, inverts, mutates, trails and dances. This artwork is designed to mesmerize. Having spent many hours watching it myself, there is nothing more descriptive than genetic. The root of this software is based on random numbers feeding into an equation. The equation turn these numbers into visuals that seem to dance with whatever music you have playing. Some will even swear that it has ears.
One of the major design concepts in IGS Twisted is to minimize CPU usage. If your computer is processing data, rendering, or computing, then IGS Twisted won't detract from that crunch time. Download and see for yourself.

Although ZoomQuilt is very cool, I don't see the point in comparing it to this in any capacity and I most certainly don't agree with AppleBeer's review. This is easily the best Electropaint port I've seen and I've always loved its random/organized beauty. I will agree, however, with his complaints about the lighting - while I like the addition of the dark/light concept, the current version of the screensaver seems significantly darker than previous versions, so much that it ends up detracting from the effect. Just too big of a step in the right direction. Otherwise, fantastic work.

I have this fantastic saver running as my desktop background with xback at work and I love it. People often just stare at my machine when they walk by it mesmerized. I'm thrilled Brad is still updating this great saver. More updates please!
